About Cheng
I am an in-training Pilates student looking to take the mat Pilates instructor qualification exam in Nov 2022.
So, I am not there yet, and probably will make plenty of mistakes through this journey as a learner! You are welcome to join if you want to energize your body with fun movements and support my learning experiences.
I offer free mat Pilates via Zoom from beginner level to advanced level. Intermediate & Advanced classes don't suit individuals with health issues or injuries.
A little more bio about me: I have a healthcare background and am qualified as a Level 3 sports massage therapist.
