With my experience interacting with non-native English speakers, I have learned to speak in ways that particular people can understand and improve. I also have experience learning Spanish, Romanian, Russian, and Latin, so I understand what goes into learning a new language and how to overcome the challenges of it.

It has been said for a long time that children learn languages better than adults, and while there is truth to that, I believe that with proper exposure, adults could learn like a child.
