About Philip
I am a sixth former studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry predicted A*A*A*A* holding an offer from Oxford to read Engineering Science. I have 9's in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English Lit, English Language, Latin and Music.
I have taught students (at a level of GCSE Maths) an introduction to imaginary numbers and Fourier Analysis in my lecture on The Harmonic Series. I find it is much better to understand concepts not by rote memorisation but by seeing the inner workings of things and their applications. I hope to bring this to my students.

I am new to tutoring, but given that I am still a student, I understand what students find hard when learning GCSE and how to overcome these difficulties. My strengths include the ability to tailor an analogy in terms of a concept a student already understands, as this is how I learnt. My lessons are best for those struggling with understanding a topic, although I can still advise on exam technique.
Lessons can range from 30 mins to an hour. For ages 11-18. KS3, GCSE and A Level
