About Peter
After finishing school, I decided to apply to study PPE at Oxford to apply my Maths skills into understanding and perhaps some day improving the economic prosperity of the country. My teaching experience includes work for an Olympian through the British School of Monaco and seminar programmes with the Institute of Economic Affairs. I use the same approach from my tutoring in my own studies, constantly trying to understand the underlying principles at play in a topic and how it relates to the world. This also entails a continued expansion of my mathematical skills.

I teach through a concepts-based approach in which I break topics down into their underlying principles in understandable components. I find that, by increasing underlying understanding, students gain both skill and confidence substantially over time. I typically teach for an hour but am flexible on this. Having obtained my A' levels, with full standardised marks in A2 Maths and Further Maths units, I went straight into tutoring all school levels. During my undergraduate studies, I have developed analytical skills, consolidating my approach in school level tutoring and giving me the perspective to support university applications.
