About LORENA
I am a dancer who for over two years has discovered the world of Regaetton, Champeta, Salsa, Dancehall, Cha-cha-chà and so on. I like to teach but above all to show everyone that they can have fun through dance while training not only the body but also the memory, attention and bilateral coordination.

I use different methodologies taking into account first the group level. Then, the warm-up and heart rhythms, first we do warm-up activities, then we start dancing with flat rhythms that do not need a lot of energy but take a lot of attention and then move on to movements that require more effort and then return to restore the rhythm heart and we end up warming up again. In addition to this, steps will be taken that require bilateral coordination, and memory. In the chain you will learn the steps that will be repeated until you create a choreography.
