About Darla

I bring both experience and passion to every lesson. I’ve completed my 45 DCF (Department of Children and Families) hours and have hands-on experience as an infant and toddler teacher, as well as years of volunteering as a preschool teacher’s assistant. I’m also currently studying child psychology, which helps me understand how students learn and how to support them emotionally and intellectually. My background gives me a solid foundation in both education and human development, and my love for English and writing makes our lessons engaging, thoughtful, and effective. Whether you’re building basic skills or refining your writing, I’m here to guide you with patience, clarity, and care.

About the lesson

I’m not just here to teach—I’m here to connect. As a passionate psychology student and a writer who loves English, I bring a unique blend of empathy, creativity, and clear communication into every lesson. I take the time to understand how you learn best, and I break things down in a way that makes even tough topics feel manageable and engaging.

Whether you’re trying to improve your writing, understand grammar, or build confidence in expressing yourself, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow at your pace—with patience, encouragement, and just the right push.

If you’re ready to learn in a space that’s supportive, personalized, and even fun, I’d love to help you on your journey.
