About Myra
"Posture and hand position are the bedrock of my instruction. I have taught 402 students across 4 years.
My methodology covers music theory, rhythm, timing, accompaniment, classical repertoire, jazz improvisation, and memorisation. Music has been my life since childhood, shaping my BMus approach from Guildhall. I keep the focus sharp and disciplined. Let us start your musical journey together."

"Since building a strong foundation matters most, we begin with a diagnostic playing assessment to establish your roadmap. Using my BMus background from Guildhall, I ensure each lesson addresses your posture and hand position directly. We might jump into rhythm and timing or explore jazz improvisation based on your current comfort level. It feels better when you understand the theory behind the keys you press.
My goal is to keep you playing confidently while we maintain that essential, disciplined focus. Feel free to reach out if you have questions."
