About Bastian
I give private lessons for over 9 years including 4 years in a conservatory in Switzerland. I gave lessons to beginners children and adults. But I have also taught percussionists and other very advanced musicians. I have had students who entered to the Higher Conservatory and others who regularly play in groups of contemporary music and world music.

Do you want to discover the world of handdrums?
This is your first instrument or you already play another instrument?
You are percussionist / drummer, and you want to expand your techniques, your instrumentarium and your knowledge of oriental rhythms?
You are all very welcome to discover this world of handdrums with me!
Having more than 4 years of teaching experience at the conservatory, with students from 6 to 55 years old of all levels mixed, I can offer courses tailored to everyone's needs.
I first graduated in classical percussion, including a pedagogic masters degree. I studied Zarb / Tombak and frame drums with great masters like; members of the Chemirani trio, Mohammad Reza Mortazavi, Madjid Khaladj, Zohar Fresco and Pierre Rigopoulos.
To develop the autonomy and the creativity of each one as well as to find the joy and ease of working and playing of his instrument, are central goals in my teaching
