About Rares Daniel
Hi everyone,
My name is Daniel, I am 27 years old and I am an ISSA certified Personal Trainer (PT certification course, postural course, nutrition course, body composition course) and I work in a gym.
I am a dynamic guy, in fact since I was a child, I have done various sporting activities, including basketball for 8 years and swimming for 2 years.
I became passionate about the gym 6 years ago and have never stopped training since then and try to embrace the fitness lifestyle.
I try to positively influence all the people I know and pass on to them what the various teachers have taught me in the various courses in order to improve their health.
I will help you feel better and guide you on a new path to achieve your goals.

The first lesson will be free and will be dedicated to:
- Getting to know each other (sports history, eating habits, mobility tests, etc...);
- Set a goal;
- Choice of type of activity (free body, weights, etc...);
- Full body training adapted to the person's needs;
- Cool-down and stretching at the end of the lesson.
The lessons are aimed at all people, of all ages who:
- They have sedentary jobs and want to prevent back pain (back pain can be caused by poor posture and contracted muscles);
- I'm always tired (exercising helps increase energy levels);
- They are unable to sleep well (doing physical activity helps reduce stress levels and improves the quality of sleep);
- They suffer from anxiety and are insecure (sport helps improve self-esteem and decreases anxiety levels).
