I am Trainer Running and Weight Loss Specialist. Regardless of the level of sports conditioning of the practitioner, I plan the training according to the Brazilian Confederation of Athletics. We have a specific running program that calculates the total volume of a training cycle, including the semanal and daily volume and I send all training programs for athletes as a complement to personal lessons in an online training app.

If you are looking a awesome coach, that have technical information and a lot of experience, you find the correct person. Paula was my running coach between 2018~2020. During this time, I could reach my goals, I did many half-marathons and twice a full marathon. And the best: Without injuries.

When I decided to run my first Marathon (42k) the professional support was needed.
