About Laura
Originally from Venice (Italy), I started street dance at the age of 12, moving into fitness at the age of 15. I began my career as a dance teacher and Personal trainer at the age of 18. In addition, I started training Muay Thai and got very passionate and dedicated about it. I moved to London when I was 21 and started teaching for some of the most well established dance studios such as Pineapple and Dancework and fell in love with Dancehall which is now the style I specialised in. I then began my career as a PT in Third Space in 2016 where I was based for more than 3 years and then moved to Equinox. I now teach and coach for Gymshark. My training style draws from my dance and martial arts education and aim to get the best result out of my clients while making the workout fun and enjoyable.

I also offer Dancehall classes and Muay Thai sessions to achieve a new skill in a fun way, while working on your cardiovascular system. I provide nutritional advice and daily support.

Laura is a great teacher, kind and energetic. I have taken classes of dancehall and conditioning. Both classes are amazing even if I have a preference for the dance class. Dance is a personal favourite :)
- Conditioning class: She manages to make conditioning class fun and diversify her exercises regularly (I get bored easily). I really became stronger thanks to her!
- Dancehall: The choreographies are so good + she can teach either Male or female steps, old school and new school. Give you the background behind it so you know the culture.View more recommendations
