About Pietro
I became a personal trainer out of a genuine desire to help people feel better in their bodies and minds. My journey began when I saw how much back pain was affecting my mum’s daily life — and I became determined to help her improve through movement and targeted exercise. That experience made me realise how powerful fitness can be, not just physically but mentally too. With a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, I focus on building safe, effective, and personalised workouts using the latest scientific research. I specialise in working with beginners, adults over 40, and elderly clients — guiding them to improve strength, mobility, and confidence at their own pace. Originally from Italy and now based in the UK, I bring energy, empathy, and encouragement to every session. For me, personal training isn’t about pushing people to extremes — it’s about helping them move better, feel healthier, and enjoy their lives more fully
