Yoga is based on the holistic approach of traditional yoga teaching, in connection with the findings of physiology, psychology and medicine.
In combination with modern therapeutic health concepts, combined with the traditional wisdom teachings of therapeutic yoga.
Course participants get the opportunity to integrate new therapeutic approaches and the classic elements of yoga.
We will develop a course concept specially tailored to your needs.
The aim here is to use medical knowledge combined with physical exercises (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) in such a way that your life swings in harmony.
