About Samad
Fitness has been a big part of my life for the past 3 years. I’ve personally lost 10+ kg and transformed my own physique through consistent training and nutrition. What started as my own journey became a genuine passion for learning about strength training, muscle building and nutrition.
I’m continuously learning from science-backed information and applying what actually works. I believe every body is different, and I want to help you find an approach that works for you, instead of just following another generic fitness plan.
