About Sushil
I have always been fascinated by physics because it explains how the world actually works, from why a ball falls to how the universe began, and that curiosity stayed with me through my Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD studies. I started tutoring because I remember how confusing physics can feel without the right explanation, and I wanted to be the kind of teacher who makes those "aha" moments happen for others. Seeing a student go from feeling lost to confidently solving problems on their own is what makes teaching meaningful to me, and it's why I continue to do it today.

I hold a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Physics along with a PhD in Applied Physics, and my approach to tutoring focuses on real understanding rather than memorization. I always start by explaining the core concept in plain, everyday language before introducing formulas, so the math makes sense rather than feeling like a list of rules to memorize. From there, we work through problems step by step, building gradually from the basics to more challenging questions, with immediate feedback so mistakes get corrected before they turn into habits. I pay close attention to the small misunderstandings from earlier years that often cause bigger struggles later, and I make sure students can explain their reasoning out loud, not just produce the right answer, since that's the real sign of understanding. Wherever possible, I use diagrams, graphs, and real-world examples to make abstract ideas easier to picture and remember, creating lessons that are clear, practical, and genuinely build confidence in physics.
