About Reza
I am a Civil and Structural Engineering academic with a PhD in Structural Health Monitoring and extensive university teaching experience. I have taught a wide range of Civil Engineering subjects and have experience helping students understand challenging engineering concepts through clear explanations and practical problem-solving.
My tutoring focuses on Statics, Strength of Materials, Solid Mechanics, and Structural Analysis. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, build confidence, and develop a strong understanding of the fundamentals required for their engineering studies.

I offer focused tutoring in Civil Engineering, specialising in Statics, Strength of Materials, Solid Mechanics and Structural Analysis. My teaching approach is based on clear explanations of fundamental concepts, step-by-step worked examples and extensive problem-solving practice. I help students understand the theory behind each problem and develop the skills needed to solve engineering problems confidently. Lessons are typically 60–90 minutes and are tailored to each student’s level, course requirements and learning needs. I have a PhD in Structural Engineering and extensive university teaching experience in Civil and Structural Engineering. My lessons are suitable for university and undergraduate Civil Engineering students.
