My technique and philosophy as an instructor/tutor includes:
- Mastery teaching approach. Allowing multiple opportunities with a topic until it can be mastered before moving on to the next step.
- Explaining complex material using layman's terms to make the topics easily understandable for the learner.
- Using real-world examples to understand complex topics. This comes from 10+ years of experience in the clinical and general exercise fields.
- Bringing a true passion for exercise, fitness, physiology, and health to each session.
