About Carolina
I am a movement and fitness instructor with 9 years of experience teaching Pilates and group fitness classes to all levels.
I am 36 years old and trained in Pilates Mat, prenatal and postnatal Pilates, and hypopressive techniques focused on pelvic floor health. I currently teach at one of the most well-known gyms in Amsterdam, where I lead classes in Pilates, mobility, stretching, Zumba, and booty workouts.
I work closely with people of different backgrounds and physical conditions, always adapting my classes to individual needs. My focus is on posture correction, body awareness, pain reduction, and improving overall physical condition, including issues such as stiffness, muscle tone, and conditions like plantar fasciitis.
I enjoy working with people and creating a positive, motivating environment where each student can progress safely and effectively.

My teaching approach is focused on helping each student improve body awareness, strength, flexibility, posture, and breathing through safe and effective movement.
I mainly use a combination of Pilates Mat and mobility training techniques, always adapted to each person’s level and needs. My method is progressive, starting with control, alignment, and breath work, and building towards more challenging and dynamic exercises while respecting the body.
Breathing is a key element in all my sessions, as it supports movement control, relaxation, and core activation. I also place special attention on pelvic floor awareness and control, especially in women’s health and functional strength.
In addition, I have experience in general fitness training and muscle building, which I integrate when the goal is to develop strength and tone in a safe and balanced way.
A typical class includes gentle warm-up and mobility work, followed by Pilates and strength-based exercises for core and posture, and finishes with stretching to release tension and improve flexibility.
What distinguishes me as a tutor is my focus on functional movement, breathing, and individualized adaptation. I don’t follow a rigid routine; instead, I adjust each session to how the student feels and what their body needs that day.
My classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced students, and are ideal for people who want to improve posture, reduce stiffness, increase flexibility, build strength, or simply feel better in their body.
I offer online classes in both Spanish and English.
