I use 21st Century teaching/Learning Design focusing on discussion, interactive and demonstration method. I love a teaching atmosphere that is interactive i.e the teacher and the students contribute meaningfully to the lesson. It gives no room for dulling moment. Slow,intermediate and fast learners are all carried along.
