About Fatima
Hi, I'm Fatima! I am a PhD researcher at Loughborough University, working in polymer chemistry. Chemistry has always fascinated me — there is something deeply satisfying about understanding how materials behave at a molecular level and using that knowledge to create something new. I chose to tutor because I genuinely enjoy helping others get that "aha" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I have hands-on experience with a range of advanced lab techniques including polymer synthesis and characterisation, which means I can offer practical insight alongside the theory. I am patient, approachable, and committed to making chemistry feel less intimidating and more exciting for my students.

I am currently a PhD researcher at Loughborough University, specialising in polymer chemistry.
