About Jyoti
I share my knowledge with nursing students because I believe education is not only about providing information but also about developing confident, skilled, and compassionate healthcare professionals. I want to share my clinical knowledge and experience so that students can understand concepts better and apply their learning effectively in real-life situations. Teaching also gives me an opportunity to support students, encourage their curiosity, and contribute to improving the quality of patient care.

My teaching method focuses on making nursing students understand concepts through both theory and practical learning. I use simple explanations, demonstrations, discussions, case studies, and audio-visual aids to make lessons interesting and easy to understand. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate in class. For nursing procedures, I first demonstrate the correct technique, then allow students to perform the procedure themselves under supervision. I provide constructive feedback, correct mistakes, and encourage students to develop confidence, clinical skills, critical thinking, communication, and professional responsibility.
