About Zhaoqi(Carrie)
Hello everyone, I am Carrie and my Chinese name is Zhaoqi which is a bit hard to pronounce. I come from China and I was born in a fabulous city in China called Xinjiang. I would extremely encourage you guys to research some information about my hometown, and I am pretty sure you guys will be rapt into the scenes which indicate every memorable spot within my hometown.
I am 21 years old and I speak mandarin for almost 18 years since I was able to talk. Just like you guys speak your mother tongue. Learning Chinese is not as hard as you imagine, it is actually quite fun and playful. You may observe a new world with me since we get started learning it! Are you exciting! So glad to meet you guys here! and looking forward to studying with you guys together! and exploring the charm of the Chinese language and culture!

I will teach Chinese in innovative ways such as using games to engage them in participating in speaking and spelling, creating stories or scenarios to facilitate their writing skills. Telling stories about traditional Chinese cultures, making gifts that symbolize Chinese culture to enhance their interests in Chinese learning. Making it fun, relaxed but also meaningful!
I have been a tutor for Australian Studies for Pre-university students who are studying foundation studies at UNSW.
My lessons will be facing the majority of teenagers or the elder groups.
