About Anto jasmine shivani
Hello! I’m Anto Jasmine a certified Nutritionist with a BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics and a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition. I’m passionate about helping students understand the science of food and nutrition in a way that is easy, practical, and fun. I enjoy teaching and writing, and my lessons are designed to be interactive and personalised, so each student can learn at their own pace. I focus on: • Explaining core concepts in Nutrition and Food Science clearly. • Applying knowledge to real-life examples like meal planning, healthy eating, and case studies. • Supporting students with assignments, exam preparation, and understanding complex topics. My approach is friendly, patient, and adaptable — whether you’re studying for school, university, or simply want to improve your knowledge, I aim to make every lesson engaging and rewarding. Outside teaching, I love creating educational content and writing about health and nutrition, which helps me bring fresh examples and insights to each lesson.
