About Adriana
Certified 200-hour yoga teacher from Himalaya Yoga Valley India in October 2019. I have been a yoga practitioner for the last three years. My teaching focuses on yoga for your health by finding a good balance between mind and body.

A holistic practice that covers the breath through pranayama (breathing techniques), the body through the asanas (yoga postures) and meditation. Grow your practice gradually with good alignment and a deep understanding of the benefits of yoga. It is very important to practice with good alignment to avoid any injuries, this process is tailor made to the abilities of each student. For me it is also important to help my students become confident yoga practitioners and encourage them to develop a self-practice.
