About Sophie
I teach yoga, traditional hatha yoga, including pranayama and meditation, yoga nidra and yin yoga, since 2016. I graduated from different schools and traditions of yoga (Trimurti yoga School, Shanti Atma yoga, Gitananda yoga ICYER de Pondicherry, Paramanand Yoga Institute).
