About Carolyn
I am a fourth year student majoring in Biology with honours. I have received several scholarships and Dean’s list two years in a row.
I conduct research at the QEII. I have three scientific publications and in the process of writing two more.
Prior to superprof, I have experience teaching and tutoring various subjects including: biology, math, chemistry, english, communications, stats, and how to write an examination. I am also a TA for introductory biology lab and a communications course for first year university students.

I teach, acknowledging that every student learns differently. As a result, I tailor each of my lessons to each student. I like to begin with the basics and work from there, so that I can identify (possibly unknown) gaps in the student's knowledge. Additionally, I teach and stress critical thinking skills.
