About Amandine
I am a certified yoga teacher in Hatha, Prenatal and Woman Health Yoga. I have been teaching yoga in Russia for 4 years. I started to teach children, then adults. My passion for pregnancy and childbirth led me to train in yoga for pregnant women. I also organize yoga-detox seminars, weekends, and stages.
