About Austin
I studied Social Science at university. The course also included European Literature and The History Of Ideas. For my PGCE I specialised in English and Sociology / Social Studies. I have taught for around forty years and in seven countries. I have mostly taught EFL / ESL, but also English Literature, (in the UK). I have taught individually, to small groups and to full classes. I have always achieved very good to excellent results.

I always outline the material to be taught at the beginning of the lesson. I have an eclectic approach to the body of the lesson, though I always endeavour to maximise student participation. I believe that students need to feel involved in lessons and not merely be an 'audience'. I give a lot of importance to review. I invite my students to summarise lessons themselves and to highlight any new material that they have learnt.

I've known Austin for just over ten years. His assigned teaching dities were teaching English to preparatory student, preparing them for major diploma and degree courses. Austin is a very dedicated and fair teacher. He has excellent rapport with his students. In dealing with his peers ans superiors, he showed a great deal of professionalism.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have known Mr Carroll for 20 years. I worked with him in BAE Systems in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia for several years until he joined KFUPM, the best university in Saudi Arabia. He was employed there as an English Teacher for many years until August, 2018.
I became a Senior Teacher in 2013 and retired from BAE Systems in June 2016. However, I am currently teaching English there on a one-.year contract.
I can vouch that Mr. Carroll is a conscientious and capable teacher who behaves professionally at all times. He has a wealth of teaching experience, both in the UK and overseas. I know him socially as well as professionally and can confirm that he always conducts himself with decorum and respect for others.
