About Mindy
Hello Friends! I am an OBGYN nurse, 200RYT, and 85PRYT (specializing in prenatal yoga). When I’m not doing yoga, I love hanging out with my dog, Emmett, soaking up the sun, watching K-drama and karaoke! Being exposed to so many different people in my career has allowed me to teach in a way that is catered toward the needs of the student. I hope I can help guide you through your journey that is intentional to you!

I enjoy teaching in a way that is more functional and intentional to the student. By incorporating, breath, body, movement, and mind, one can understand the benefits of yoga.
