About Ronnie
I am very professionally oriented. My background as a teacher and a pastor, have taught me to respect every individual. Their particular needs and goals mean something to me. I take the time to assess where a student is at academically and where they want to be. Each child is different and they all learn in different ways. I want to be successful in all my endeavors and as a teacher, that success is measured by the success of my students. I care deeply about all students but especially those who are having difficulties.

I strive to understand how an individual student learns and tailor lessons to their learning style. I have been successful in teaching students who are repeating a grade and having them consistently being on the A-B honor roll. Again, I strive to meet the students where they are at and bring them along to a place where they are learning and retaining their knowledge.
