About Hugo
I have a degree in Oriental Languages and Culture from the University of Minho, where I studied Chinese (and Japanese) not only in linguistic but also in historical, economic, social and cultural aspects. As part of the Master I was studying in China at Xi'An International Studies University, where I lived for more than 2 years. I also have parallel training in the language at a private level with a duration of 3 years. I usually work with individual students or small classes. Teaching not only oral but also writing.

My methodology involves the polishing of pronunciation and orality, tones, etc. I teach introduction to writing using etymology, for a better and easier memorization of the characters. I also use cultural and sociological accompaniment for each part of the subjects.
