About Luis
I have a bachelor's degree in translation and interpreting from the University of Valladolid (Spain): I had English as a first foreign language and German as a second. In addition to language translation and interpreting, the degree also includes training in linguistics, international relations, terminology, etc. I have been working as a foreign language assistant in a secondary school in Essen since September. That's why I have experience in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. In addition, I gave English lessons and tutoring in Spain for a year.

I conduct a communicative and participative teaching method. It is important for me that the students trust the teacher and are not ashamed of making mistakes, because it is perfectly normal to learn a foreign language. Unfortunately, foreign languages are often taught only in writing and students have problems with oral expression. That's why I want to help my students to trust them with communicative skills.
