Before I begin tutoring, I will ask the guardian to complete a "goals sheet" for the student. I will do an assessment to learn where the student's skills are prior to tutoring, and will create an individualized tutoring plan to meet the student's academic goals. I believe education should be fun and my lessons include games, activities, and hands-on modalities that engage the student, while at the same time play to their strengths to help them master subject material.
