About Nathan
A professional Biologist (rSCI) with over 5 years experience in Biotechnology and Cell and Gene Therapy. As a member of the Royal Society of Biology and the Science Council, I love to share my passion for the sciences with my students. My main goal is to inspire my students while installing a confidence in their chosen subjects.
I'm a recent graduate in Applied Bioscience (first) and have previous experience in online tutoring for Math, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

My teaching style is fluid and adaptive; I like to match my teaching methods to the learning styles of my tutees. Tutor lessons work best when collaborative, meaning I work with tutees to design a learning plan based on their needs. Lessons are prepared following this learning plan while closely following the subject syllabus.
My lessons are aimed for GCSE and KS2 / KS3 level. Our lessons will take place online. I typically use Google Meets for lesson video calls. Alongside this I like to use "jamboard"; a purpose-built virtual whiteboard for teaching subjects. However, I am adaptable in this approach.
