About Stéphane
- I have been practicing gymnastics and capoeira since 1997. I have been practicing parkour since 1998 (I am one of the first practitioners who helped with media coverage). - I have been a professional stuntman since 2005 - I have been teaching in these various fields for over 12 years. - I had many students of all ages either in particular or in groups. - I teach parkour, gymnastics, scenic combat, martial arts and waterfall falls in gymnasiums, for town halls, for some schools during extracurricular activities and I am currently and since 2015 referent coach parkour and freerun at the French Freerun Academy

The courses are open to all people (men and women) from 13 years old. * Whatever the chosen specialty, the course takes place as follows: - Cardio, joint heating, dynamic muscle stretching. - Oral presentation of the techniques of the day. - Movement specific workshops. - According to the progress, sequence of learned techniques. * I give a very important place to the technical explanations and to the discussion to make understand the movements more easily and quickly. I detail every biomechanical element to bring constant and clear progress (it is important to know what we are doing and why we are doing it) in the various practices.

Coach très pédagogue et à l'écoute des demandes. J'ai suivi des cours de fitness de par le passé avec Stéphane et en 2 semaines j'avais déjà des résultats. Et ses conseils en nutrition m'ont aussi beaucoup aidé surtout à limiter des ballonements que j'avais depuis plusieurs mois. Un gros merci encore
J'ai pris 2 cours avec stéphane et je ne regrette pas car il sait encourager, encadrer et j'ai beaucoup avancé que ce soit physiquement que mentalement. J'ai moins peu de la blessure et j'ai plus confiance en moi. Un gros merci

Stéphane est un Prof digne de confiance travaillant dans une académie professionnelle de Parkour. Il est très didactique et pédagogue, et il sait s'adapter aux demandes des élèves en faisant un travail sur les craintes qu'on peut avoir dans certaines pratiques et tout ça avec des explications claires et détaillées.
