About Kayla
I am a professional soccer player for Ottawa Rapid FC and the Poland Women’s National Team with experience competing at the highest levels of the game. I have played professionally in Spain, Sweden, France, and Canada, giving me a unique understanding of different playing styles and development pathways. Alongside my playing career, I earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sport Science, hold a UEFA Coaching License, and have a background in personal training and fitness.
Every session is tailored to your individual goals, position, and skill level. My focus is on helping players build confidence, sharpen technical ability, improve decision-making, and develop habits that translate directly to game performance. I create a positive, challenging environment where players are encouraged to push themselves, enjoy the process, and leave every session with the tools to continue improving on and off the field.
In addition to on-field training, I also offer personalized strength training and soccer-specific conditioning programs. Sessions are designed to improve speed, power, agility, endurance, injury resilience, and overall athletic performance, helping players become stronger and more prepared for the demands of the game.

Kayla was an assistant coach for my high school varsity team and quickly became someone every player looked up to. I also had the opportunity to train with her one-on-one, and I learned so much from those sessions.
She has a great balance of being personable and approachable while still knowing how to challenge her athletes and bring out their best. I would highly recommend Kayla to anyone looking for a knowledgeable coach. She's the gal to go to if you want to elevate your game.Kayla is a highly experienced trainer and player. Her experience in playing professionally and internationally comes through in her training session. Great high level session for any athlete!
