About Mina
My name is Mina Hosseini. I’m a Psychology graduate, an author, and a native Farsi speaker from Afghanistan, currently living in Iran.
My background in Psychology has given me a strong understanding of communication, individual differences, and how people learn. As an author, I have a deep connection with the Persian language and literature and a particular appreciation for its richness, imagery, and expressive beauty.
Being Afghan and living in Iran has allowed me to experience two closely connected but distinct forms of Persian—Dari and Iranian Persian—and to appreciate the cultural richness behind both.
I see Farsi as more than a language to be learned; it is a language filled with poetry, stories, emotions, and centuries of culture. I would love to share that richness with learners who are curious enough to discover it.
