About Elly
I am a motivated and enthusiastic person who really understands the importance of how beneficial exercise is in our everyday lives. Having worked for 4 years as a secondary teacher I have the skills needed to keep people engaged within sessions, and to ensure sessions are enjoyable, but work you hard. Having spent time trying to work out in a gym myself, I understand how daunting it can be getting started, and aim to give my clients all the tools they need to confidently exercise.

I believe fitness should be bespoke to each individual and I take time to get to know my clients to understand their needs and wants. My sessions are an hour which include a warm up and cool down to give clients the best chance of recovery. My sessions are for anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of how exercise can help improve their mental health.

Elly has been amazing in helping me achieve my fitness goals. She helped design a bespoke program just for me and worked with me the entire journey. She is also very friendly so made it much easier! I would highly recommend her!
Elly is a really motivating personal trainer who encourages the best out of her clients. She makes the workouts fun and enjoyable.
To quote Tina Turner, she’s simply the best!Elly is completely wonderful - it is a joy to be trained by her as she is calm, kind and very competent. She is encouraging without being forceful and always makes sessions feel fun and I am loving seeing the progress I have made even in a short amount of time. I know that Elly has my best interest at heart and each session is flexible and structured in a way to make me feel good about myself. Would definitely recommend!
