About Hannah
I’m Hannah, a previously trained dancer turned into fitness fanatic. I love all things movement and love looking after my body with trying to live a balanced lifestyle. I love helping my clients reach their goals. I think there’s a lot of misinformation and my job is to make fitness/nutrition feel as simple as possible.

Lessons will be goal-specific towards your needs, everything we do will be tailored to you, your goals and your lifestyle. I can work from a private gym based in central London or can do outside/home visits (equipment dependent). I love to work my clients hard but I am patient and understanding. There’s not one approach that will work for everyone so I’m always flexible around individual needs.
