About Sfundo
I have more than 7 years of experience in a call centre. For 3 and half years I was an consultant and the other 3 & half years as a Real Time Analyst. Both on these occasions I was assisting with any basic computer fault or diagnosis. When I joined the Work Force Planning team, that's when I was dealing with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook on a daily basis. I was also part of the Training and development team within the WFP team.

My teaching method is quite simple, Communication (effective),Honesty and Respect. I respect everyone that I have taught or will teach, be as honest as possible (it's saves time and energy) because that allows me to communicate effectively during the lesson (s). I don't like to overwhelm people with a lot of information at once, so my lessons may be shorter than expected but surely depends on the students. I also prefer lessons to be more practical than theoretical.
