I have been a professional tutor for eight years and I am a qualified TEFL tutor. I have successfully prepared students for entry into top performing grammar and private schools including: Eton College, Latymer Upper and Henrietta Barnet. I enjoy supporting students by enhancing their knowledge and understanding in order to reach their goals, whether that be preparing for success in a school entrance exam or mastering a new skill.
I offer tuition for students in KS1, KS2 and KS3, entrance exam preparation and hold bespoke GCSE tutorials. I teach English as a second language all around the world!
You can expect a lesson with me to be fun, highly educational and interactive. I am dynamic and flexible in my approach in order to ensure that each child has their own personalised lessons, suitable for their learning style.

Sophie is an outstanding tutor with a passion for teaching. I have watched her develop a fabulous rapport with her pupils, building their confidence by making their lessons both enjoyable and interactive. She has a fantastic teaching style that I wholeheartedly recommend.
Sophie is a really kind and easy going individual. She listens intuitively to people, is very helpful and understanding.
Sophie built up a lovely relationship with our daughter which was so important for getting the best out of her in the sessions. Sophie is calm and positive and explains things really clearly. She was always happy to repeat concepts if my daughter needed this. Sophie really helped boost our daughter's confidence in her own ability. Thank you for everything, Sophie!
Sophie is an excellent tutor! She can take challenging maths topics and simplify them for any age or type of learner. Her lessons are fun, friendly and engaging - book her while you can!
Sophie has been wonderful in tutoring both of my children Maths and English working toward GCSE exams. Sophie ensured they felt at ease with their lessons and that they received the support they needed. My daughter has been finding Maths especially challenging and Sophie takes her through the methods thoroughly and has great patience. Sophie really cares and it is clear she is a passionate tutor with lots of experience. It is great to see my children's confidence develop.
