I am a former D1 College Athlete from the ACC and an active Certified Personal Trainer. I have coached Basketball, Football, and Track & Field. I have clients ranging from ages 5-22. I have instructed groups of 2-30 in Strength and Conditioning.

I’ve known stew for a while now and we’ve grown to have a great relationship. He started off as my athletic director at my school. The more time we spent together, the closer we got. I recommend stew because he isn’t just a trainer, he cares about who he works with and wants you to do the best you can. He’s a great help and will be with you every step of the way.
