About Shilpa
I am a passionate educator who strives to identify the individual need of my students and work towards achieving those needs for my student. I can support not just theoretical subject learning but also provide mental and emotional support as required. I myself struggled both in university and in clinical practice when starting out as a nursing student. I know all the tips and tricks that can save time and help nursing students excel in their nursing courses.

My teaching revolves around understanding the need of my students. I will plan my lessons after discussing with the students their main struggles with their nursing course. Lessons will be 1hr online or face-to-face depending on what's more convenient for both the student and tutor.
Experience of previous teaching experience includes clinical bedside teaching for six years post graduating from nursing and a temporary position working as an acting nursing educator to educate both new nursing staff and nursing students.
