About Moni
Hi!!! I am a professional dancer, I studied dance at the Royal Conservatory of Madrid and since then I have spent my life on stage and in contact with different disciplines such as Pilates, yoga, fitness, stretching ... that help maintain the body healthy and fit to prevent injuries, not accumulate tensions that later trigger neck, back, head pain, etc ... and consequently create tension in our daily life in the form of unwanted reactions, situations, with people ... Before, it was hard for me to start stretching after shows or playing sports, and we don't even talk about stretching if I hadn't made physical effort during the day ... As a result of diagnosing 2 herniated discs, I began to listen to my body, my muscles , my tensions, my breathing ... and with that I realized how important it is to give yourself space and release ...
