About Jess
I grew up incredibly sporty with football and martial arts and was always on the go. However I started to notice lots of injuries when I was a teenager. My passion for personal training and group fitness grew after consulting a physiotherapist when I was 16, as they recommended that I started working with a personal trainer to work on my weaknesses. I quickly noticed a difference not just in injury prevention but also in my athletic performance. I am incredibly passionate about the field of health and fitness and would love to help you on your journey.

Our personal training approach is to create tailored sessions based on your goals, experience and strengths/weaknesses. Because of our highly tailored approach, personal training can be for anyone, whether its children, adults or seniors regardless of your current fitness level. Our sessions can be provided online or onsite at Evergrowing Strength Academy and last 30 to 45minutes. Jess has over 10 years experience in the group fitness industry. Where she later worked towards her level 5 personal training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and registered with NZ REPs 3 years ago.
