Research scientist turned licensed chemistry teacher with experience teaching AP and IB chemistry

Ashley was an amazing tutor for my son while in high school. When they began working together, he was a sophomore and struggling in Honors Chemistry. He was a third of the way into his first term when they began working together. He went from a D to a high B in that term. On trimesters, he finished the second term with a B+/A- and third term with an A. Ashley was patient, thorough, challenging, supportive, understanding and went above and beyond.

I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough! She tutored my son, Ryder, in chemistry while he attended a rigorous private high school, and her help was instrumental in his success. He simply wouldn’t have graduated top of his class without her. She helped him build a strong foundation of knowledge that has stayed with him well beyond high school.

Ryder is now excelling as a science major at UC Berkeley, one of the top universities in the country, and he continues to draw on what he learned with Ashley to succeed in demanding college courses. As a parent, that lasting impact is the absolute greatest endorsement I can offer. We are so grateful for her contribution to his education, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for an outstanding and reliable chemistry tutor.
