I am a retired elementary teacher and certified in Special Education. I have a Masters degree in Early Elementary Education. I taught for 21 years and retired five years ago. I have been subbing in the elementary classroom for the past five years.

My teaching method is to meet the children where they are academically. I would assess each child to see where the gaps are in their learning. I would teach the new skill while also remediating to fill each child’s’ gaps.
