About Willette
I have worked in education for 36 years. I taught school for 13 years and worked as an administrator (assistant principal/principal) for over 20 years. I retired two years ago, but continue to work with students as an online tutor as well as a substitute. I am very professional and establish a rapport with the students to assure them of a successful session.

I create lessons based on individual student needs. Lessons are engaging and involve visuals. Students are encouraged to be involved throughout the lesson. I also keep parents informed about students' progress. Lesson objectives are stated at the beginning of each session. Lessons are designed as I do, we do, and you do format. A summary/exit ticket is done at the end of the lesson.
