I believe, a successful teacher is one who goes down to the student's level to teach topics and not expect them to understand things the way you do. I make sure my students are comfortable enough to ask me doubts without any hesitation. Tutoring to me is an interactive study between 2 friends.
Firstly, I explain the concepts and make sure that is clear to the students. Then I move on by teaching them how to apply these concepts in various problems. Finally, I test them based on their understanding of concepts and application.

I have been knowing Agnes for a long time and trust me she is really dedicated to all her work. Whatever it is, she has done all that she can.
I've know Agnes for a couple of years through high school. Agnes is friendly, kind and a very patient tutor. She makes sure that you understand the concept and is willing to repeat it 10 times if you don't!
She is very supportive and I'd definitely recommend her as a tutor!
