I am a second year Chemical Engineering student at the University of Edinburgh teaching high school maths and chemistry online.

Ilya is the best tutor I've ever had! He is patient when you make mistakes and he perfectly explains you how to solve them. I would certainly recommend him as a math tutor to learn or help revise for tests.

Ilya is extremely patient and willing to calmly help no matter what the problem! I really appreciate that he take the time to make sure I understand and is always willing to show different routes that can be taken to solve a problem in order for me to understand it best!

Ilya tutored me for my A level maths mock and final exam. I was very lost, super behind, and extremely demotivated and confused because my teacher in school was definitely kind of a bully:(
Ilya was extremely patient with me and made me feel super comfortable to ask questions and be honest when I was confused or simply didn’t have the time to complete the assignments me gave me.
He always went above and beyond to make sure I understood and was responsible enough to know my due dates and exams even better than me! It was CRUCIAL because we were always on the same track and moved through, overcoming any challenge I encountered.
He also has a perfect tone! Every class was calm and peaceful which was the perfect foundation to a fruitful class and a successful completion of the course.
I ended up not having to take my A levels (COVID), however Ilya gave me so much motivation, appreciation, and interest in maths! I finally started believing that I could grasp all mathematical concepts and even be at the top of my class.
All this aid Ilya provided me with definitely helps me out in university even today:)

Ilya was an incredible tutor, the way he explained the problems and how to solve them was really simple to understand and he went above and beyond to help me pass, if he didn't know how to answer something he would research it and get back to me and made sure that I understood the answer. He had a really quick response time and was available at very reasonable times and always willing to help. 10/10 would recommend.
